The subject of the contract is the provision of services:
(a) the collection and transport of inhabited properties and cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes from the territory of the municipality of Rogoźno, excluding waste related to the conduct of business:
- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste
- biowaste,
(b) receipt and landscaping from inhabited properties and cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes occurring in the territory of the municipality of Rogoźno, excluding waste related to the conduct of business,
- selective waste collected: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-plant packaging waste;
- other fractions of municipal waste selectively collected so-called problem waste from Rogoźno Municipality, including hazardous waste

- other fractions of municipal waste selectively collected so-called problem waste from Rogoźno Municipality, including hazardous waste — expired medicines, other municipal waste including: chemicals (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products), spent batteries, cells, tyres , furniture and other large-sized waste, waste not eligible for medical waste resulting from the intake of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes, construction and demolition waste, waste large-sized.
c) the operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located in the village of Studzieniec in the years 2022-2023.
