1) The subject of the contract is: a) collection of municipal waste, listed in Table 1 OPZ, generated and collected on inhabited and uninhabited properties listed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Sokołów Podlaski and their transport to the Waste Treatment Plant in Wola Suchożebrska. b) establishing and operating, for the duration of the agreement, one Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, in accordance with applicable law, in the city of Sokołów Podlaski north-east of the streets: Lipowa, Długa, Repkowska and transport of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point run by the City of Sokołów Podlaski at Fabryczna Street to the Waste Treatment Plant in Wola Suchożebrska and to other installations indicated by the Ordering Party.
