This procedure concerns the performance of engineering services related to new works and interventions of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the road network under the jurisdiction of the metropolitan city of Florence managed in direct administration through the conclusion of 3 framework agreements, with a single economic operator, referring to each maintenance area:
— lot 1: zone 1 — Upper Mugello and Mugello Ovest,
— lot 2: zone 2 — Mugello East and Valdarno,
— lot 3: zone 3 — Empolese and Valdelsa.
Each competitor may submit a bid for a single lot, pursuant to art. 51, paragraph 2, of the Code. Therefore, an economic operator wishing to participate in one of the lots of this tendering procedure may not bid for any other lot of the same procedure. Therefore, the offers presented, for any further lots, by economic operators who already participate in a lot in any form will not be admitted.
