Technical planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, plant groups 1-7, phases 1-3 and 5-8 (AWG additionally phases 4), step-by-step commissioning

Construction of a new fire station at Schwartauer Str. 48, 23611 Sereetz with 4 parking spaces, changing and sanitary facilities as well as training rooms.

The total costs of KG 300 – 700 were estimated at a gross volume of approx. EUR 4.5 million. KG 300 is estimated to be approx. € 2,165,086 gross and KG 400 approx. € 770,049 gross.

The above-mentioned total costs are to be understood as upper limits to which the services in all service phases must be aligned.

For this purpose, offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the technical planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, plant groups 1-7 and have implemented similar measures in the past.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.
