The subject of the Order is:
1. Modernization and commissioning of the existing system.
Modernization of video monitoring in the area of the Dry Forest Municipality based on fiber optic transmission medium, includes: operating system with full configuration and commissioning, existing camera points located in the villages of Dry Forest and Goldsmiths, including replacement of damaged cameras .
2. Expansion of the system with additional points, 15 locations (20 cameras).

1. The object of the order is:
I. Modernization and commissioning of the existing system.
Modernization of video monitoring in the area of the Dry Forest Municipality based on fiber optic transmission medium, includes: operating system with full configuration and commissioning, existing camera points located in the villages of Dry Forest and Goldsmiths, including replacement of damaged cameras .
In particular the subject of the contract is:
(a) Delivery and installation of transmission equipment enabling transmission of signal from cameras
to the recording device located in the server room.
b) Delivery, assembly, commissioning and configuration of the image registration and management system together with the necessary licenses and the matrix on which the images from the cameras will be saved.
c) The transmission between the camera points and the recorder located in the server room building located at 149 Obornicka Street in Suchym Lesie.
(d) Obtaining all the arrangements, opinions, decisions necessary for the performance of the works.
e) Installation and commissioning of cameras, including the setting of the camera's field of view. The order includes min. :
- IP cameras with connection accessories.
- Monitoring software - the basis of the system.
- Monitoring Software - Camera License.
- Monitoring software - license for license plate recognition functionality (camera license).
- Monitoring software - license for image analysis functionality (server license).
- Monitoring software - license for image analysis functionality (camera license).
- Monitoring server (physical host).
- Disk resource for recordings (disk array).
- Guaranteed power system.
- Operator position — station for preview, computer with monitor meeting the requirements of the system (3 locations: headquarters of the Municipal Guard - Złotniki Dworcowa Street 2, station building, headquarters of the Duchy Las Police Station - Duchy Las St.ziomkowa Street, seat of the Municipality Office - Suchy Las 17 School Street).
II. Expansion of the system with additional points, 15 locations (20 cameras).
Expansion of vision monitoring within the Dry Forest Municipality by 15 points based on fiber optic transmission medium. The expansion includes camera points located in the following localities: Suchy Las, Złotniki, Złotkowo, Golęczewo, Chludowo and Biedrusko.
In particular the subject of the contract is:
1. Delivery and installation of transmission equipment for transmission of signal from cameras
to the recording device located in the server room.
2. Transmission between the new camera points and the recorder located in the server room building located at 149 Obornicka Street in Suchym Lesie.
3. Development of design documentation and construction of power connections to monitor the Dry Forest Municipality according to the location listed below.
4. Obtaining all arrangements and decisions necessary for obtaining a construction authority/ declaration of performance of works.
5. Installation and commissioning of cameras, including setting the camera's field of view.
6. Delivery, assembly, launch and configuration of the image registration and management system together with the necessary licenses and the array on which camera images will be saved.
