The contracting authority has a government contract for support, guidance and advice for the AFAS Online automation system. The aim of this tender is to contract one party that can support the contracting authority with active knowledge and expertise in the field of AFAS Online. There is a need for functional application management within the contracting authority for support and guidance in order to make optimal use of the AFAS Online license. In addition, support, coordination and guidance is required from the tenderer in order to guarantee the availability and continuity of the AFAS Online application for the contracting authority.

The contracting authority has several AFAS Online modules in production, such as:

- general,

- CRM,

- financial,

- projects,

- subscriptions,

- order management,

- course management,

- HRM,

- InSite.

The contracting authority has 350 to 400 users in the AFAS Online environment.
