The object of the order is construction works consisting in the execution of works specified in the task under the name: Construction of a walkway in Skierbieszów Kolonia within the provincial road no. 843 Chełm—Kraśniczyn—Zamość from km 34+263 to km 34+587.

1. The detailed scope of material and quantities of works are set out in the attached object of works and the detailed technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works.

2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe traffic and pedestrian conditions in the area of carried out works covered by the contract on the basis of a simplified design of the organisation of traffic (for the duration of the works carried out).

2.1. earthworks carried out by excavators with transport of the scoop,

2.2. excavations and trenches performed transversely on the embankment;

3. Dehydration works:

3.1. excavations and excavations carried out for excavation by subtraction excavators,

4.1. profiling and compacting of the substrate under the structural layers of the pavement,
