Renovation of the building located at 33 Prince Witold Street in Wrocław.

The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) robots in the basement of the building — the construction of the room of the heat node together with the necessary installations;

2) renovation of the facade of the building;

3) repair of balconies and terraces;

4) renovation and reconstruction of sanitary installations, including:

(a) the conversion of the heating method for heating fed from the urban grid with the dismantling of the current old heat sources,

(b) the installation of hot water and circulation in the building together with the dismantling of the current sources for the preparation of hot water,

(c) reconstruction of cold water installations;

5) design, manufacture, supply and assembly of 1 “information board” and 1 “commemorative plaque” in accordance with the Manual of the Applicant and beneficiary of the Cohesion Policy Programmes 2014-2020 for information and promotion;

6) the execution, delivery and assembly of the “information board for the time of construction” — in accordance with the “Instructions to the contractor, the rules of marking the investment in terms of information to the contractor”.
