Additional equipment (paper cashier, finisher); consumables, consumables (toner, staple, exposure unit); Wi-Fi cards; 4 years of retrieval + 5 years of rent; Maintenance & Support; Technician deployment and spare parts for user defect cases; Relocations / Relocations; incl. delivery, installation, commissioning, instruction; Take-back incl. dismantling

The aim of the procurement is to lease the A3 multifunction printers (colour or black/white [B/W]) of various performance classes required to meet the requirements (replacement and additional requirements) of their nationwide offices via a framework agreement with a contractor (AN).

This tender includes the following services:

• the rental for a period of 60 months of new commercially available multifunction printers including:

•up-to-date firmware,

•integrated network card for DIN A3 / A4,

•2 Standardpapierkassetten,

•Card reader

•Initial equipment consumables (starter kit).

• Installation and commissioning of the multifunction printers (incl. instruction)

•the call-off and supply of consumables in accordance with Chapter 2.2

•the services provided in the context of the support referred to in Chapter 2.3

•optional purchase and installation of Wi-Fi cards

•optional rental of additional equipment (paper cassettes, finishers)

• the free take-back of transport and packaging materials as well as leftover consumables

• the implementation of equipment within the rental period

• the return of the devices after the agreed service life

New original products must be supplied; refurbished, used products are excluded.

All consumables and consumables for functional operation must be supplied, with the exception of paper.

Optional services:
