The purpose of STM and the customer is to procure Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Vaccine required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The number of doses and amounts to be delivered as well as the delivery timetable, are set out in Annex 1 Description of the Procurement. The customer will implement the procurement on STM's side. The roles of STM and customer are described in more detail in Annex 1 Description of the Procurement. Partial tenders will not be considered. Alternative tenders will not be considered. The contract will be awarded to one supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Contract period estimated duration of the contract is about 2 years. If the customer decides to exercise the option, the supplier is committed to the following extensions of the contract: The procurement contains 2 options to extend the contract.
