Development of the tourist pole of the sources of about 4.4 hectares for the purpose of developing the public and sports spaces of the sector.

At this stage, the project provides for a development program including: a transport hub with an area of 9500m², a space for outdoor and indoor activities and leisure, public spaces including a relaxation area, a bike stop area, a central forecourt ensuring the link between the various buildings built and a roundabout serving the pole on the RD 1508.

Estimated cost of the works: 3.500.000 Euros HT

The project management will have the mission to support the project owner in the response to the call for tenders (firm tranche), then to carry out the missions of infrastructure project management (AVP - PRO - ACT - VISA - DET - AOR and OPC and complementary missions CIE - AIPR - AIPR-DT and CLP) (optional tranches)

The contract will be awarded either with a single service provider or with a solidarity group of prime contractors. The contracting authority would like the representative of the grouping to be the BET VRD. The expected professional skills are specified in the rules of the consultation.
