Reception and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the municipality Jodłownik
1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the municipality Jodłownik.
2. Characteristics of the municipality Jodłownik:
- the area of the commune Jodłownik — 70,36 km2
- the number of inhabitants of the commune Jodłownik is 8,720 people. The indicative number of households is about 1970.
3. The estimated amount of municipal waste intended for collection, transport and development shall be: 1600,000 Mg/12 months, including:
- unsegregated (mixed) code 20 03 01 — 830,000 Mg
- waste collected selectively — 770,000 Mg
4. Description of the item of the order is set out in chapter III Procurement Terms Specification
5. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 95 of the pzp Act requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the contract of employment of persons performing the activities included in the subject of the contract, if the performance of such activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2019 item 1040 as amended).
6. The Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor of the persons performing the following activities during the execution of the contract: performing the work of drivers of vehicles used to collect municipal waste from the owners of the property, carrying out work receipt of waste from the property.
7. In the course of the execution of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to carry out checks against the Contractor regarding the fulfilment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of the employment requirement under the employment contract of persons performing the activities indicated above. One of the requested documents will be a statement made by the contractor or subcontractor during the implementation of the contract
