The subject of the order is a service consisting of keeping clean in the Regional Branch of the KRUS in Lublin and the subordinate Terenary Placówki, broken down into 4 parts:
1) part one — a service consisting of keeping clean in the Regional Branch of the Agricultural Social Insurance Card in Lublin and 11 subordinate Terenowa Placówki, i.e. PT in Kraśnik, Lubartów, Łęczna, Opole Lubelski, Piaski, Puławach, Rykach, Janów Lubelski, Bełżyce, Kock and Bychawa;
2. Part two — a service consisting of keeping clean at the KRUS Terenowe Placówki in Biłgoraj, Zamość, Hrubieszów and Tomaszów Lubelski;
3) Part Three — a service consisting of keeping clean at the KRUS Area Placówki in Chełm, Krasnystaw and Włodawa;
4) part four — a service consisting of keeping clean at the KRUS Terenary Placówki in Radzyń Podlaski, Biała Podlaska, Parczew and Łuków.
