The contract covers the complete mission of study and realization, according to the mode of "design & build", relating to:

The Successful Bidder will include a multidisciplinary team comprising

at least one architect, one building and road stability engineer, one special technical engineer, one EPB manager, one safety and health coordinator and one general contractor.

The successful bidder of this contract will have to ensure the energy renovation and upgrading to various standards of housing.
