The target of the procurement is electrotherapy equipment and electrodes in accordance with the invitation to tender and its appendices. The subject matter and requirements of the procurement are described in detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

The procurement is divided into seven areas:

1) Device for loan use in pain patients and physiotherapy patients

2) Device 1 for loan use by pelvic floor physiotherapy patients

3) Device 2 for loan use of pelvic floor physiotherapy patients

4) Device 1 for loan use by pediatric patients in physiotherapy and occupational therapy

5) Device 2 for loan use by pediatric patients in physiotherapy and occupational therapy

6) Device 3 for loan use by pediatric patients in physiotherapy and occupational therapy

Subdivisions 2 and 3 both apply to devices for loan use by pelvic floor physiotherapy patients, but the requirements for these devices are different for the programs of the devices.

Subdivisions 4, 5 and 6 all apply to devices for loan use by paediatric patients in physiotherapy and occupational therapy, but the requirements for these devices are different in terms of the programs and connectivity of the devices.

This is a joint acquisition described by the parties in this invitation to tender. The abbreviation “Subscriber” is used for the parties involved in this call for tenders.

Subdivision 1 concerns the device for loan use by pain patients and physiotherapy patients.

In this area, the customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract.

Subdivision 2 applies to device 1 for loan use by pelvic floor physiotherapy patients.

In this area, the customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract.

Subdivision 3 applies to device 2 for loan use by pelvic floor physiotherapy patients.

In this area, the customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract.

Subdivision 7 applies to general-purpose electrodes used with electrotherapy equipment. The electrodes can be used with electrotherapy equipment previously purchased by the client and with electrotherapy equipment purchased on the basis of sub-areas 1-6 of this purchase.

In this area, for each item to be offered, the customer selects one (1) vendor to contract with.

Subdivision 4 applies to device 1 for loan use by pediatric patients in physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

In this area, the customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract.

Subdivision 5 applies to device 2 for loan use by pediatric patients in physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

In this area, the customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract.

Subdivision 6 applies to device 3 for loan use by pediatric patients in physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

In this area, the customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract.
