Earthwork, masonry, concrete work
The services to be offered include the construction of a 3-storey school building with a basement in concrete skeleton construction. The concrete wall surfaces that remain visible are executed in exposed concrete class SB3.
The basement is designed as a white tub. Due to the hillside location, the rear outer wall of the ground floor is also in the ground.
In addition, retaining walls up to 5 meters high are planned in the outdoor area as terrain support.
1. Earthworks

6. Precast concrete elements: 27 flights of stairs
7. Mauerarbeiten
approx. 850 m² non-load-bearing masonry, 11.5 cm, exposed masonry made of KS chamfer bricks
8. Stützwände
approx. 400 m² in exposed concrete SB3
