The public contract is a framework agreement with a purchase order. It is concluded with a minimum but without a maximum expressed in quantity. The public contract relating to lot 12 is multi-beneficiary, so that the establishments which are parties can have a panel of implants likely to respond to the various pathologies to be treated, as well as the renewal for patients already implanted. The public contract is awarded to a maximum of four distinct holders subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders. The distribution of orders between the different suppliers will be based on this criterion. It is specified that the offer obtaining the best score will be given priority in terms of orders, in particular in the event of non-specificity linked to the patient. Public contracts relating to other lots are single-awardees.

All the supplies that can be ordered are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP). The estimated quantities of the public market are described in Annex 1 of the CCTP (catalog of requirements). These quantities have no contractual value. They are only used for the analysis of offers. The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation regulations.
