1. The subject of the procedure is “Purchase and supply of biological medicines” in detail set out in Annex 2 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes 6 undivided packages for which the Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders, provided that the offer in each package should be full and should comply with the detailed requirements set out in the pricing forms set out in Annex No 2 to SWZ, as well as the requirements contained in SWZ.

Package No 1 - Rituximab described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ

Package number 2 - Etanercept described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ

Package 3 - ADALIMUMAB described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ

Package No 4 - Human immunoglobulin described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.

Package No 5 - Tocilizumab described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.

Package no. 6 - Inhaled anesthetics, nutritional preparations described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ.
