The Contracting Authority offers a Framework Agreement with one supplier for the manufacture, supply, installation, etc. of signs and related services. In addition to classic sign products, the products covered by the Framework Agreement include foils, solar film and car foiling, cf. Appendix 1A - Sign programme in the tender documents. Installation, etc. means installation, installation, dismantling, cleaning, repair, relocation and disposal of dismantled signs, etc.

The Contracting Entity estimates that the value of the Framework Agreement amounts to DKK 8,000,000 excl. VAT during the term of the Framework Agreement. The estimated amount is an expression of the Contracting Entity's best estimate of what the value will be when the Contracting Entity looks at current plans and expectations for the coming years.

The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is DKK 12,000,000 excl. VAT. The maximum value indicates the maximum amount that the Contracting Entity can purchase under the Framework Agreement. The difference between the estimated value and the maximum value reflects the uncertainties that may be associated with future drawings on the Framework Agreement, as the Contracting Entity is subject to the political decisions and economic measures that may be adopted in the future, thus changing current plans and expectations. In addition, the Contracting Authority is continuously working to optimize its premises and locations, which may result in relocations to new or temporary leases that are not yet known.

Finally, for the purpose of the estimate, the Customer has made an estimate of the expected price level, which may turn out to be different than expected.

The above is the reason why the maximum value of the Framework Agreement is assessed significantly higher than the estimated value.
