BIR Nett wants to enter into a framework agreement for the development and delivery of an automated vacuum waste collection system for BIR's owner municipalities. The automated vacuum waste collection system [Bossnett] is defined as new pipe-based waste collection systems with high reliability and accessibility.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with 2-4 to tenderers.

A framework agreement is awarded to 2 suppliers.

Assignments that may be included in the framework agreement are innovation and development of systems, engineering design service for systems, delivery/installation of the systems as well as periodic service and maintenance thereof. Whether the tenderer shall also operate the automated vacuum waste collection system's networks included in the framework agreement shall be stated in the individual mini competitions, based on BIR Net's needs.
