As part of the group purchasing platform Taxandria, the hospitals AZ Turnhout, AZ Herentals, Heilig Hartziekenhuis Mol and AZ St-Dimpna Geel wish to conclude a framework contract for the delivery of CSA material, in particular packaging material and accessories. This for a period of 4 years.

The hospitals AZ Turnhout vzw, AZ Herentals, AZ Rivierenland vzw, Heilig Hartziekenhuis Mol and AZ Sint-Dimpna Geel have set up a group purchasing platform under the name Taxandria.

Under this platform, these hospitals wish to jointly view purchases, establish agreements and conditions according to agreed and requested modalities further down this file.

A hospital cannot be held liable by the contractor for contractual or extra-contractual errors committed by one of the other hospitals during the execution of the agreement. Such errors can [...] (see order documents).

Materials for packing the instrument sets in double layer packaging material (by sealing 2 sheets) in order to be able to pack and unpack the set in one operation.

This package has been validated for the steam sterilization process. Both the laminate on roll and the loose bags must be supplied without a fold.

For lot 5 a price quote is requested for all widths and lengths, for three (3) types of tapes:

- indicator tape for checking steam sterilization,

- indicator tape for checking gas plasma sterilization,

- tape without indicator.

The tapes must have sufficient adhesive power before and after the sterilization process.

The required number of dispensers must be made available to the CSA services.

The trayliner with corner cut-outs serves as protection against tearing of packing sheets.

This is namely between the basket of instruments and the double packing sheets.

The absorbent field (insert) is placed in the instrument baskets, with the aim that the instrument set comes dry from the autoclave after sterilization.

The sheet absorbs the condensation, distributes it and thus optimizes re-evaporation.
