technical, urban, landscape and environmental project management mission for the finalization of the development of the Pré de Claye mixed development zone Communes of Serris and Magny-Le-Hongre

This project management mission is divided into 5 sectors: 1. The development of the surroundings of BEP 5 / Ecological zone; 2. The Coulée Verte; 3. The WFD sector 7; 4. The wastewater network rue de la Méditerranée; 5. Plot ZC 163 of Magny-Le-Hongre. On these 5 sectors, the missions are broken down as follows: ? Basic mission composed of the elements below or some of the elements below depending on the progress of each sector:- preliminary design studies (Avp) or update of the AVP; - project studies (Pro) or updating of the PRO; - assistance in the award of works contracts (Act); - vISA of the implementing documents; - direction of the execution of works (Det); - assistance during acceptance operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (Aor) including monitoring of the periods of completion and reinforcement of the plantations. Complementary missions:- application and monitoring of the SOE approach; - mission of accompaniment of the contracting authority for the works near the networks / concessionaire coordination; Finally, beyond the sectoral missions, the following additional transversal missions are also requested: - production of batch sheets; - accompaniment during the period of design and realization of real estate projects; - annual technical and financial follow-up of the ZAC; - coordination and synthesis of the ZAC programme plan; - missions relating to PSO indicators; - preparation of an addendum to the detailed programme.This contract takes the form of a tranche contract consisting of a firm tranche and an optional tranche. The firm tranche consists of the following missions: ? Base mission and complementary missions of sector 1 - the development of the surroundings of BEP 5 / Ecological zone; ? Base mission and complementary missions of sector 2 - the Coulée Verte; ? Base mission and complementary missions of sector 3 - the DCE sector 7; ? Base mission and complementary missions of sector 4 - the wastewater network rue de la Méditerranée; ? Base mission and complementary missions of sector 5 - plot ZC 163 of Magny-Le-Hongre; ? Complementary transversal missions (with the exception of the elaboration of an amendment to the detailed program). Optional tranche 1 corresponds to the complementary transversal mission of drawing up an amendment no. 1 to the detailed programme. Optional tranche no. 2 corresponds to the additional transversal mission of drawing up an addendum no. 2 to the detailed program.
