In summary, the assignment includes the following unburdening services:

- All medication and pharmaceutical products are prepared daily and delivered ready-made, per intake moment per resident, so that the staff can proceed to the administration of this medication and pharmaceutical products as much as possible without additional actions.

- Taking care of the 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, delivery of emergency medication within the shortest possible time after ordering.

- Providing and optimizing pharmaceutical care and medication policy.

- Instructing employees in the residential care centers in the necessary principles of pharmaceutical care and the necessary tools offered.
