A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the assortment and price specification and in the technical parameters.

The Ordering Party requires that the delivered subject of the contract is brand new, has no traces of use and is not subject to the rights of third parties. The delivered subject of the order will come from current production, will be free from physical and legal defects, of good quality and admitted to trading. In addition, no piece of equipment, or any component thereof, will be reconditioned, post-exhibition and previously used by another entity. In addition, the delivered subject of the contract will have the attestations and certificates required by law.

In the attachment "Technical parameters" it is necessary to enter the parameter specifying the product offered. The contractor is obliged to enter the model, type of device, name of the manufacturer and other required parameters, their number and size, m.in. The contractor is obliged to confirm all the requirements contained in the technical parameters.
