The contracting authority would like enter into a contract for the procurement and delivery of play apparatuses.

Requirements for the products are stated in Annex 1 Attachment 1 - The Contracting Authority's Requirements Specification and Description of the Tenderer's Solution.

The procurement is not split into lots, and tenderers must submit tenders for all product groups, cf. SSA-R Annex 5, Appendix 1 - Price Sheet.

The estimated scope of the framework agreement is approx. 750,000 - 1,500,000 excluding VAT a year. The estimate is based on previous procurements, with consideration to the number of municipalities in the procurement cooperation. The scope is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement (including the option years) is NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. This maximum financial limit has been set in order to ensure necessary limits if the needs are greater than expected.
