The subject of the contract is the successive "SUCCESSIVE SUPPLY OF LIQUID FUELS: DIESEL OIL AND FUEL OIL TO TANKS

FUELS LOCATED IN ZZO LULKOWO AND BARDO NEAR WRZEŚNIA"

in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of liquid fuels: diesel oil and heating oil to fuel tanks located in ZZO Lulkowo and Bardo near Września

a) diesel fuel (ON) 140 000 dm3;

b) heating oil – 80 000 dm 3

Fuels sold by the Supplier under these proceedings must meet the quality requirements according to the applicable standards in this area m.in., Polish Standards PN / EN 590, PN-C-960. and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015, item 1680).
