The purpose of the service is a technical control mission within the framework of 2 development projects:
- the installation of measuring and conditioning equipment (EMC) in building 26, for a floor area of around 70 m
- the installation of a new ambient ventilation for buildings 26, 58 and 108 within building 108. The ventilation room itself concerns a floor area of 45 m
These 2 projects are located at the CEA Center in Fontenay-aux-Roses and are carried out on behalf of the decommissioning sanitation unit at Fontenay-aux-Roses.
The services are fixed and break down into 2 items:
- item 1: technical inspection of the EMC,
- item 2: technical control of ambient ventilation.
The incumbent performs the following basic and additional tasks:
Basic missions:
- mission L relating to the solidity of the works and elements of equipment inseparable from the work,
- mission S on the security conditions for people in buildings.
Additional missions:
- PS mission relating to the safety of people in buildings in the event of an earthquake,
- LE mission relating to the solidity of existing constructions and verification that new works do not compromise the solidity of old parts,
- AV mission relating to the stability of the neighbors.
The tasks relating to the mission of the technical controller are broken down into 4 phases:
- phase 1: control of the execution documents,
- phase 2: control on site of the realization of the works,
- phase 3: final checks with a view to acceptance,
- phase 4: advice to the CEA during the year of guarantee of perfect completion.
