Provision of assistance for maintenance and works within the INB 56 and the ICPE RNVL.

The contract includes flat-rate and firm basic missions:

• Preventive Maintenance, CEP and Sales Rep Assistance

• Corrective maintenance assistance

• Configuration Management Support

• Construction assistance

• Other related assistance

• Systems management

Optional services:

Option 1 Pick-up

Options 2.A and 2.B: extension of the operational phase for 12 months each

Option 3: outgoing reversibility

Services on BPU:

• Amount of the annual maintenance assistance package in the event of an INCREASE in the number of equipment between 10% and 25% (i.e. between +250 and +625 devices compared to the estimate)

• Amount of the annual Maintenance Assistance package in the event of a DECREASE in the number of devices of between 10% and 25% (i.e. between -250 and -625 devices compared to the estimate)

• Amount of the annual Configuration Management Assistance package in the event of an INCREASE in the number of devices of between 10% and 25% (i.e. between +250 and +625 devices compared to the estimate)

• Amount of the annual Configuration Management Assistance package in the event of a DECREASE in the number of devices of between 10% and 25% (i.e. between -250 and -625 devices compared to the estimate)

• Amount of the annual flat rate for the Assistance to the Management of the Schema Library / DocsTech in the event of an INCREASE in the number of documents between 10% and 25% (i.e. between +45 and +110 technical plans/instructions compared to the estimate)

• Works assistance for 1 case per month (over 200 cases per year)

• Configuration Management Assistance for 1 PRM per month (beyond 55 PRMs per year)

• Configuration Management Assistance for 1 document update per month (including 10 pages, a photo report and a table) (beyond 5 updates per year or 20 DIEs over 5 years)

- Services on prior estimate:

• Follow-up of operations outside normal hours and/or requiring additional staff

• the realization and formalization of physical inventories (during the transfer of equipment by an Industrial Operator for example) requiring the analysis of the DOE, the inventory of all the necessary DocsTechs, the establishment of maintenance ranges, the PRMs in CMMS and associated maintenance contracts

• Analyses/expertise or studies in technical fields, study of changes or improvements to equipment or a system

• drafting of replies or technical files to the various requests made by the CEA or from the authorities (CEA, ASN, DGSNR, DSNR, DREAL, DDTEFP, etc.)

• Drafting of CDC Specifications
