The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and servicing services for air-conditioning and ventilation equipment in the buildings of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Warsaw University of Technology, i.e. in the Chemistry Building in Warsaw at 3 Noakowskiego Street and in the Chemical Technology Building and Technology Pavilion in Warsaw at 75 Koszykowa Street.

1. The scope of the object of the order shall include:

1) performing the service of periodic technical inspections, maintenance and servicing of air conditioning equipment, i.e. SPLIT air conditioners, MULTISPLIT type air conditioners, VRF systems;

2) performing the service of periodic technical inspections, maintenance and servicing of ventilation and cooling equipment and ventilation systems, i.e. supply and supply and exhaust air handling units, chillers in ventilation and cooling systems as well as supply air fans and recuperators with filters;

3) performing services of periodic technical inspections, maintenance and servicing of automation of air handling units and ventilation systems.

2. A detailed list of devices and systems, quantities, scope of activities, schedule of services is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
