This contract concerns the performance of services for the destruction of car wrecks stored at the impound of the city of Nîmes. These services include the acquisition of wrecks from the city, the removal of wrecks stored at the vehicle impound, their transport to the place of their destruction, their destruction in compliance with legal obligations, in particular those relating to the protection of the environment. In the context of this consultation, the city of Nîmes is acting as contracting authority. This contract was awarded according to an open tendering procedure, pursuant to Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. Non-allocated benefits are not the subject of separate benefits. These services will be carried out as and when purchase orders are issued by the public buyer

This consultation concerns services for the destruction of end-of-life vehicles stored at the municipal impound lot. These services include the acquisition of wrecks from the city, the removal of wrecks stored at the vehicle impound, their transport to the place of their destruction and their destruction in compliance with legal obligations, in particular those relating to the protection of the environment. As an indication:- in 2018, 886 U.H.V.U. and 17 unidentifiable vehicles were destroyed.- In 2019, 857 U.H.V.U. and 24 unidentifiable vehicles were destroyed.- In 2020, 941 U.H.V.U. and 23 unidentifiable vehicles were destroyed.- In 2021, 912 U.H.V.s and 20 unidentifiable vehicles were destroyed.- In 2022, 929 V.H.U. and 26 unidentifiable vehicles were destroyed. pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in quantity. The order thresholds for each period of the contract are defined as follows: No minimum quantity and maximum 1,300 vehicles (V.H.U. And including non-identifiable vehicles) per period.the services of the framework agreement will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the public purchaser. As the object of the contract is the destruction of end-of-life vehicles stored at the municipal impound lot, the contractor will pay a sale price to the community, according to the unit price schedule defined in the contract, in order to become the owner of the vehicles and to proceed with their destruction within the framework of the regulations relating to ELV centres provided for in the Environmental Code.
