The subject of the proceeding is: delivery of medical equipment as part of the project "Retrofitting of the hospital emergency department at SP ZOZ in Tomaszów Lubelski and diagnostic laboratories cooperating with it.

The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts;

Part 1 – Delivery of a computed tomography scanner and X-ray machines along with the installation of the devices and adaptation of the laboratory.

Part 2 – Supply of medical equipment and supplies

Delivery of a computed tomography scanner and X-ray machines along with the installation of the devices and adaptation of the laboratory.

Computed tomography scanner – 1 pc

Stationary digital X-ray machine – 1pc

Portable digital X-ray machine (bedside) - 1 pc

Adaptation of the laboratory – execution of adaptation works in the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party in accordance with the applicable law and the requirements of the WSEZ in order to obtain a permit to launch the laboratory and apparatus.

Adaptation of the premises indicated by the Ordering Party and equipping it with infrastructure and equipment necessary for the proper functioning and use of the computed tomography scanner. Radiological shields must be made in accordance with the design of permanent shields approved by the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. The adaptation works will be carried out using the Contractor's materials and forces.

Supply of medical equipment and supplies

Defibrillator with cardioversion option - 2 pcs.

Chest compression system - 1 pc.

Aparat ECG – 2 st.

Analyser of critical parameters – 1 pc.

Transport trolley – 2 pcs.
