This contract has as its object the awarding of the reception and guided visits service of the Fondazione Teatro Massimo of Palermo, as better specified in the Special Tender Specifications.

The contract was not divided into lots. The subdivision into lots is excluded by virtue of the need to ensure unitary functionality, usability and concrete feasibility in the execution of the requested services, as there are no technical, economic and functional reasons for the segmentation of the service in the places relating to the activities of the Contracting Authority.

It is specified from now that, in any case, the detail of each individual activity is contained in the tender Documentation, to be intended, for all purposes, as an integral and substantial part of this Specifications.
