Object of these deliveries: Delivery of drinks for various municipal accommodations.

The municipality of Putte has a number of locations where drinks are served. To this end, it draws up a set of specifications so that the various associations housed therein can rely on the drinks contract negotiated by the municipality of Putte. The intention is that the municipality will act as the client, but the invoicing will be done to the various ordering entities. The municipality is in no way liable for the payment of these invoices.

However, the settlement per quarter of any discount based on turnover will be entirely for the benefit of the municipality of Putte. She will use a system herself to transfer this discount to the various ordering associations.

The lists, numbers and descriptions in these specifications are not exhaustive. The most important purchased products of the years 2016-2018 were included in the quotation. For the calculation of the probable quantity, this average was continued over the duration of this contract.

They are provided for information purposes only.

The municipality reserves the right to deviate from the information provided according to the needs.

In the event of a deviation, no claim can be made for compensation.

The following accommodations are covered by the contract:

a) Putte town hall, Gemeenteplein 1;

b) Outbuildings of the municipality of Putte (childcare, academy, warehouse and library);

c) The service center of the OCMW;

d) The Klein Boom complex, comprising the multipurpose room, meeting rooms, cafeteria hall 1, 2 and 4;

e) The outbuildings of the Putte AGB Private Domain: ACE in Hoogstraat, Grasheide Community Room;

f) The cafeteria of the sports hall located at Mechelbaan 604;

g) The chalet of football club KFC Putte on the Ixenheuvel;

h) The Heemkring chalet "the milling iron" on Ixenheuvel;

i) The chalet of the tennis club on Ixenheuvel;

j) The chalet of the dog club in the recreation area on Tinstraat;

k) The chalet of the municipal football field in the recreational area on Tinstraat;

l) The chalet of the seesaw company in the recreation area on the Tinstraat;

m) The room of fanfare band "Deugd Verheft" in the Mr. Van Der Borghtstraat 93.

The following accommodations will be included in the contract in the future (they are therefore not yet included in the quantities that form the basis for these specifications):

a) Putte Korfbalclub located on Tinstraat;

b) SV Grasheide football club;

c) SK Peulis football club;

d) BO Beerzel football club;

e) Corsica football club;

f) Beerzel Dorp Wipmaatschappij (on Diepestraat);

g) Sint-Niklaas fanfare (behind the fire station).

The contract starts on 1-8-2019 and will end on 31-7-2023.
