2. The subject of the contract consists of 45 packages. A detailed assortment and quantity list can be found in the "Assortment and price form" - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. The quantities of products given in Appendix No. 2 are estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from the purchase of part of the assortment resulting from the lack of demand from hospital wards. The Contractor is not entitled to a claim for delivery in the quantities specified in Appendix No. 2.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the assortment listed in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ be allowed to be marketed and used in the Polish.
