The object of the purchase is the purchase of licenses (goods) for antivirus software and services for configuring and ensuring the operation of the software.

The maximum amount of licenses planned to be purchased by the Ministry of The Environment and its subordinate bodies - 2697 pcs. The contracting authority does not undertake to purchase the maximum amount of licenses, it will be purchased depending on the need. The term of delivery of goods is 12 (twelve) months with the possibility of extension twice after 12 (twelve) months. – 12 (twelve) months. The minimum duration of licences shall be 1 (one) month.

The supplier must be the official and certified representative of the manufacturer of the licences offered. The offer must be accompanied by the supplier with supporting documents: a certificate from the manufacturer of the licenses or other equivalent evidence confirming that the supplier is the official and certified representative of the manufacturer of the equipment.

The maximum duration of licences is estimated at 12 (twelve) months with the possibility of two extensions of 12 (twelve) months. The contracting authority shall, after the signing of the purchase agreement, place an order for the necessary licences with the supplier specifying how many and what licences are required and the dates on which they take effect. In case of need to increase the volume of licenses, the contracting authority sends to the supplier by e-mail the order for the necessary licenses, which the supplier undertakes to fulfill no later than within 2 (two) working days from the receipt of the notification.

The minimum duration of licences shall be 1 (one) month. The contracting authority shall have the right to terminate the licence at any time after the expiry of the minimum period of 1 (one) month or to exercise the right to transfer licences already acquired between the authorities.

The supplier must be the official and certified representative of the manufacturer of the licences offered. The supplier must accompany the tender with supporting documents, such as the licence manufacturer's certificate or other equivalent evidence attesting that the supplier is the official and certified representative of the manufacturer of the equipment, authorised to sell the licences required to the contracting authority.
