1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from property owners residing in the Municipality of Cekcyn.

1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from property owners residing in the Municipality of Cekcyn.

The object of the order is the implementation of the service of receiving and zoning indicated in the description of the object of the order of municipal waste from inhabited properties located on the territory of the Municipality of Cekcyn, from the Selective Collections of Municipal Waste in Cektin, from the pharmacy and buildings public utilities, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), by the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021 item item 797 as amended).

3. In the territory of the municipality there will be a “Point of Selective Collective Municipal Waste Collections”, which will receive municipal waste from the inhabitants of the municipality of Cekcyn in accordance with the “Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the territory of the Municipality of Cekcyn”. The Selective Waste Collection Point will provide waste collection services Monday to Friday and Saturday. Point support is provided by the Ordering Party.

4. Number of residents and properties:

- the number of residents checked in for permanent and temporary stay as of 30.09.2021 is 6943.

- the estimated number of residents living in single-family and multi-family buildings in the municipality of Cekcyn is 6152,

- the number of properties inhabited is 1894.

5. The receiving entity of mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for storage will be required to use it (collection, transport, recovery or disposal) in accordance with the Provincial Waste Management Plan, i.e., in the Northern Region.

6. In the case of selectively collected municipal waste, as part of waste management, it is obliged to transfer it to recovery and disposal installations, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Chapter II, Chapter 2 (Hierarchy of how to handle waste) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended).

7. In the area of multi-family and single-family buildings there will be a container system - bag collection of municipal waste:

1) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers with capacity 110l (120l), 240l, 1100l. Containers will provide the Contractor at his expense for the duration of the contract

2) Selectively harvested municipal waste will be collected in bags:

(a) bag yellow- marked with the inscription “Metals and Plastics”;

(b) the bag green-marked with the inscription “Glass”;

(c) bag blue - marked with the inscription 'Paper';

(d) bag brown - marked with the inscription “Bio”.

8. Single-family and multi-family housing — frequency of exports by the Contractor of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:

(a) from 1 April to 31 October — no less than once a fortnight from multi-scale buildings and no less than once a month from single-family residential buildings;

(b) from 1 November to 31 March — no less than once a fortnight from multi-scale buildings and no less often than once a month from single-family residential buildings,

9. Selective collection of municipal waste on buildings will be carried out in bags. Frequency of receipt by the Contractor of these waste:

- bag yellow-1 once a month with inhabited properties

- bag green color 1 once every two months with inhabited property

- bag blue-1 once a month with inhabited properties

- bag brown:

(a) from 1 April to 31 October — no less often than once a fortnight from multi-scale buildings and from single-family residential buildings

(b) from 1 November to 31 March — no less than once a month from multi-scale buildings and from single-family residential buildings.
