Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in Józefów

The subject of the contract is the collection directly from the property, transport to the installation and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in Józefów, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, and preparation for re-use of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) and resolutions in force in the City of Józefów on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order and on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste. As part of the task, the Contractor will also be obliged to collect and manage expired medicines from pharmacies located in Józefów.
