The main subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity by the Contracting Authorities listed in point 3 of the Terms of Reference, used entirely for their own needs, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law. The estimated total electricity demand in the period covered by the contract, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025, is 16,460,898.00 kWh. The scope of the Contract also includes the repurchase of surplus energy fed into the DSO grid by entities owning RES installations – photovoltaic micro-installations.

Tariff Cxx, Gxx - purchase of electricity for the years 2024 - 2025 for facilities listed in detail in Annex 1 (sheet 1.2) to the SWZ.

The estimated total electricity demand is 16 460 898,00 kWh
