The product and system is used by Contact Management to allow control room operators to deploy resources quickly and effectively and supports them in providing the best possible response.

It provides relevant information associated with an incident and presents it in a way which can be readily assimilated. This means staff in the control room can make rapid deployment decisions and where necessary pass appropriate information to officers attending the incident.
