The scope of the assignment includes cleaning maintenance and window cleaning for all 30 SKOzoK locations. SKOzoK is an educational foundation with 30 primary schools in the municipalities of Bergeijk, Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende, Valkenswaard and Waalre.

After awarding the contract, SKOzoK wants to conclude an agreement with one tenderer for a period of three (3) years with the possibility to extend three (3) times for a period of two (2) years.

All SKOzoK locations fall within the scope of the assignment. The size is approximately 39 500 m2 cleaning maintenance and 18 980 m2 window cleaning.
