- Administration of housing properties located in condominium real estate complexes: the rental and technical management will only concern the private parties, as well as the management of relations with the trustee and the representation of the principal.
this consultation concerns two types of missions:

- Administration of housing properties located in condominium real estate complexes: the rental and technical management will only concern the private parties, as well as the management of relations with the trustee and the representation of the principal.
It concerns the following types of property:
- New agreements or free rent programs, the delivery of which corresponds to the effective date of the mandate, carried out in neighborhoods dominated by social housing, or in the immediate vicinity,
- existing urban renewal: free rent programmes already in operation, for which the current management mandate is coming to an end,
- existing real estate development: agreements already in operation for which the current management mandate is coming to an end.
The manager will be the agent of SCI owners; he must manage the real estate complex in the name and on behalf of the principal, in compliance with the provisions of the law known as the law “Hoguet” of 2 January 1970, and the texts supplemented or amended it and also of Act No. 2014-366 of 24 March 2014 (alur).
