                        Maintenance of greenery in the city of Bydgoszcz
1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of greenery in the city of Bydgoszcz in the scope and under the conditions specified in the SWZ together with attachments.
2. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids, i.e. according to the division into 9 regions specified in the appendices to the SWZ.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.
Division I
Region I – maintenance of greenery in the Vistula Areas Estate, Tatrzańskie Housing Estate, Stary Fordon Estate,
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT
1. The Ordering Party requests the payment of a security in the amount of:
1) in the scope of Region I in the amount of: PLN 7,000.00 (in words: seven thousand zlotys 00/100),
2) within the scope of Region II in the amount of: PLN 13,000.00 (in words: thirteen thousand zlotys 00/100),
3) within the scope of Region III in the amount of: PLN 14,000.00 (in words: fourteen thousand zlotys 00/100,
4) within the scope of Region IV in the amount of: PLN 27,000.00 (in words: twenty-seven thousand zlotys 00/100,
5) in the scope of Region V in the amount of: PLN 19,000.00 (in words: nineteen thousand zlotys 00/100),
6) in the scope of Region VI in the amount of: PLN 12,000.00 (in words: twelve thousand zlotys 00/100),
7) within the scope of Region VII in the amount of: PLN 9,000.00 (in words: nine thousand zlotys 00/100),
