The Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks intends to award the service of gutter cleaning and roof surface cleaning described in more detail in the service description and in Annexes C-01 to C-06.

The aim of the service contract to be awarded is to protect the drainage systems of the roofs as well as the roof surfaces/flat roofs from damage. Rain gutters, drains and floor screens must be protected against stagnant water from corrosion and overflow. The structural substance must be protected from the entry of rainwater into the roof and façade and thus the value of the property must be preserved.

The service to be awarded includes the cleaning of the gutters, the cleaning of the downpipes, the downpipe drains, drains or roof inlets and the roof surfaces/flat roofs. There are currently 141 buildings to be cleaned on the site, which are used differently and each have a different roof covering
