Consistency of the work:

— topographical and land works carried out by expert surveyors and as defined in article 1 of Title 1 of Law No 46-942 establishing the order of expert surveyors;

— realization of plans for the inventory of buildings. This work is to be carried out prior to architectural projects and includes mainly mass plans, interior plans, facades and sections of buildings;

— bathymetry works.

The objective of the IHO standard (PS No. 44) is to clarify minimum standards for hydrographic surveys so that hydrographic information is sufficiently accurate to be exploited by mariners. The following are excluded from this call for tenders:

— exceptional work which does not fall within the day-to-day management of services and the importance of which justifies the establishment of a separate market;

— contradictory boundaries ordered by an individual bordering a private property of the CDC.
