The Contractor and the Subcontractor undertake to employ, on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, persons performing activities consisting in the collection, loading and transport of waste – if they are performed by a person other than the owner of the company. The contracting authority provides for a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services in the amount of up to 50% of the contract value pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.
