Description:
Purchase of electricity for 2023 for PL Warszawa, PL Warszawa - Radom, PL Zielona Góra - Babimost and members of the Purchasing Group.

The subject of the contract is the Purchase of electricity for 2023 for PL Warszawa, PL Warszawa - Radom, PL Zielona Góra - Babimost and members of the Purchasing Group in accordance with the documentation of the procedure.

1. The object of the order is the purchase of electricity for the purposes of power supply:

1.1 Warsaw Chopin Airport for five energy consumption points, taking into account the division of prices into three time zones according to the B23 Stoen Operator Sp. z o. o. tariff.

1.2 Warsaw-Radom Airport for two energy consumption points, taking into account the division of prices into three time zones according to the B23 tariff of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.

1.3 Zielona Góra - Babimost Airport for two energy consumption points, taking into account the division of prices into three time zones according to the B23 Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. tariff.

1.4 Kraków Balice Airport Sp. z o.o. for 4 energy consumption points, taking into account the division of prices into three time zones according to the B23 tariff and 1 electricity consumption point according to the C21 Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. tariff.

1.5 Elbest Sp. z o.o. for 15 energy consumption points according to PGE Dystrybucja S.A., Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o., Energoserwis Kleszczów.

1.6 Gliwicka Tourist Agency S.A. for 2 energy consumption points according to the tariff Tauron Distrybucja S.A. and according to the tariff PGE Distribution S.A.

1.7 PHH Hotele Sp. z o. o. for 24 energy consumption points according to tariffs Enea Operator Sp. z o.o., PGE Dystrybucja S.A., Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., Energa Operator S.A., Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o.

1.8 Polish Holding Hotelowy Sp. z o.o. for 152 energy consumption points according to tariffs Enea Operator Sp. z o.o., Energa Operator S.A., Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o., PGE Dystrybucja S.A., Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe "Porty Lotnicze", Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.

1.9 Provincial Tourist Services Company Sp. z o.o. for 4 energy consumption points according to tariff Tauron Distrybucja S.A.

2. The estimated volume of electricity to be purchased shall be 121,005 GWh.
