Setting up a third party maintenance (TPM16) programme. This call for tenders is to provide services in the area of:

— office IT equipment hardware maintenance services, commonly known as repair services,

— logistic handling and execution of installations, moves and removals of equipment within offices and general purpose areas,

— inventory services,

— secure data erasure services for IT equipment containing data storage,

— at home interventions for a defined population of teleworkers,

— specialised cleaning services for equipment categories,

— advanced expert consultancy in the area of maintenance support systems linked to, for instance, repair activities, incident logging, resource planning, logistic handling and project management,

— services in the domain of network cabling such as patching, documenting and inventory.
