De Opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor Zoledroninezuur, met een vaste looptijd van 2 jaar, 2 maal stilzwijgend verlengbaar door de Opdrachtgever met telkens 1 jaar.

De raamovereenkomst kan worden gehanteerd door volgende 7 ziekenhuizen van het E17 netwerk: AZ Maria Middelares Gent, AZ Groeninge Kortrijk, AZ Glorieux Ronse, Sint-Jozefskliniek Izegem, OLV van Lourdes Ziekenhuis Waregem, Sint-Vincentiusziekenhuis Deinze en AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem.
