The purpose of the market is the supply and home delivery of multi-brand payment vouchers for Christmas for the children of hospital workers and retirees benefiting from CGOS.

The scope of the market includes all of the following services:

- process orders from regional delegations and acknowledge receipt of each order,

- produce, seal and send the tickets to the agents' homes,

- inform the agents of each region on the network of points of sale and brands accepting the title,

- send, after execution, a billing document corresponding to each order,

- establish statistical monitoring of activity by region,

- manage the exchange of expired titles (at the request of agents),

- reimburse CGOS for unused and non-exchanged tickets at the end of their validity period.
