The subject of this order is construction works within the framework of the project “Modernization of the heating system with the elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023" - Contract VII — Modernization of heating networks (2022). The project is co-financed by the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 Priority Axis I Reducing the emissivity of the economy, Action 1.7 Comprehensive elimination of low emissions in the Silesian Voivodeship Subaction 1.7.2 Effective distribution of heat and cold in Silesian Voivodeship.

The item of the order was divided into parts.

The scope of construction works includes construction, reconstruction, replacement of external receiving system and heating networks with a length of approx. 1140.65 m and the construction of 3 heat nodes.

The subject of this order is construction works within the framework of the project “Modernization of the heating system with the elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023" - Contract VII — Modernization of heating networks (2022).

Part A includes the task: Z5A.15 “Replacing the external receiving system 2XDn300 — 2XDn150 on the section from the descent under the KWK Centrum parking towards the buildings of 74 Pułaskiego Street and 110 Wrocławska Street in Bytom”.

The scope of construction works includes the replacement of the external receiving system 2xDn300 — 2xDn150 in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in the diameter range: 2 x Dn 250/400 to 2 x Dn 40/110 with a length of about 514.95 m.

Order execution dates.

1.The Parties shall set the following dates for the implementation of the subject of the

(a) The start of construction works will take place no later than 7 days after the acquisition of the construction site.

(b) The delivery of the material must be reported for receipt after the acquisition of the construction site and after compliance with the conditions laid down in the ZPK.

(c) Technological work enabling heat to consumers should be carried out and notified for receipt by 15.09.2022 (the scope of technological work is set out in ZPK Annex No 6 to the Agreement).

(d) Final work shall be carried out and notified for collection by 15.12.2022.

e) Completion of the implementation of the subject of the contract — up to 8 months after the conclusion of the contract

2. The Ordering Party shall set a date for the start of the reception activities and notify the contractor in writing or in e-mail form up to 5 days after receipt of the notification, indicating the place and date of commencement of the reception activities, which will begin up to 14 days after receiving the notification.

3. From the reception activities will be drawn up by the contractor:

(a) Protocol without comments - providing the basis for invoice,

(b) Notes Protocol - not a basis for invoice, not resulting in the accrual of contractual penalties,

(c) negative result protocol - not a basis for invoice, resulting in contractual penalties after the execution deadlines are exceeded.

The subject of this order is construction works within the framework of the project “Modernization of the heating system with the elimination of low emissions in the city of Bytom in the years 2019-2023" - Contract VII — Modernization of heating networks (2022).

Part B includes the task: Z5A.16, Z5B.16 “Reconstruction of residential external receiving installation together with the installation of individual thermal nodes for the needs of customers powered by GWC Paliński 25 in Bytom”

The scope of construction works includes the reconstruction of the residential heating network together with connections in the area of Paliński Street in Bytom, in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in the range of diameters: from 2 x Dn 50/125 to 2 x Dn 32/110 with a length of about 194 m and the construction of 3 thermal nodes with power QCO 50 kW, QCO 65 kW,

QCO 62 kW.

The scope of the construction works includes the reconstruction of the existing overhead heating network Dn400 into a pre-insulated underground heating network with a length of approximately 187.70 m with the transfer of the throttle from the rebuilt section of the overhead network to the existing overhead network Dn500 located beside

The scope of construction works includes the reconstruction and construction of a residential heating network with connections to buildings in Bytom in the area of St. Cyril and Methodius Street and Prostej Street, in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in the range of diameters: from 2 x Dn 125/225 to 2 x Dn 32/110 with a total length of about 244,0 m
